These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SHA Luxury Limo’s services, including our website, mobile applications, and transportation services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

1. Transportation Services SHA Luxury Limo provides transportation services to customers for various events and occasions. Our services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
2. Reservation and Payment You may make a reservation for our Services through our website, mobile application, or by calling our customer service number. You must provide accurate information when making a reservation, including the date, time, pickup location, and destination.

Payment for our Services is due at the time of reservation unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards and cash payments. All payments are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
4. Liability and Damages SHA Luxury Limo is not responsible for any damages or injuries that occur during the course of transportation services. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your use of our Services.
5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHA Luxury Limo will not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of your use of our Services, including but not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
6. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a trial by jury and to participate in arbitration proceedings.
7. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
